- Our payment provider Stripe collects your payment details (e.g., billing address and credit card information) to process subscriptions.
2.2 Self-Hosted Usage
If you self-host FlowiseAI:
- We do not collect any metrics nor data.
2.3 Event Participation
When you register or attend FlowiseAI-hosted or partner events, we may collect:
- Your name, email, company, phone number, or address
- Photos or video recordings for promotional use (opt-out available by emailing privacy@flowiseai.com)
2.4 Contacting Us
When you contact us via email, website, or product, we may collect your name, email, and other contact details to respond to your request.
2.5 Social Media
